From Growing Up Green's Founders...
- We are two educators with over 20 years of combined experience- We are two mothers passionate about family, animals, and nature- We are two women dedicated to giving all children a hope for the future- We are two friends committed to enriching the communityWe started to look within our community, where our families could fulfill the needs of others or the lack of. We began feeding the homeless, wrapping and collecting gifts to raise money for animal rescue and began recycling projects to inform children how to preserve our environment. In response to our efforts people became curious and wondered how they could join the fun! It became clear to us that there was a way to connect the two - our love of service and families wanting to give back, and Growing Up Green was born.
Growing Up Green is a little company with big dreams. Who knows -- we may be inspiring the next pure water scientist, carbon reducing theorist, a child that loves to tromp around in nature or simply teaching others to pay it forward.
We hope you enjoy our sessions- they are ever changing.
